Worm Castings
Once again we advise not to waste your time by doing so in Bangkok! We have grown worms for many years and every year we loose all our worms to insects, frogs, birds, geckoes and ants. The most recent problem has been finding clean cow shit which is the basic worm bedding. The last two batches of cow shit brought with it all kinds of unwanted and plant-killing critters.
Having said this Chef Lee has purchased more cow shit and it is now soaking in a bucket in preparation for again raising worms for their castings. Thus more to come in the future on this subject.
